Donna: Serving Our Community

Say hello to Donna, Executive Director of the Bicycle Collective, a Utah nonprofit whose mission is to promote cycling as an effective, sustainable, and affordable form of transportation and recreation, and as a cornerstone of a cleaner, healthier, and safer society. Donna has a long history of serving our community and nation, as a West Point graduate and former U.S. Army officer, a 2014 candidate for the U.S. House representing Utah's 1st Congressional District, and a current leader in the nonprofit sector. Through her work at the Bicycle Collective, she delivers bikes to newly arrived refugees so they can get to work and service centers, and to kids and families who cannot afford them, using her Subaru Ascent and Thule bike rack. Donna has purchased three Subaru vehicles from Mark Miller Subaru, because she loves the pressure free experience our Promise Price program provides.

Spencer Kofoed: Extreme Adventure

Meet Spencer, an outdoor sports enthusiast who likes pushing his limits and chasing the endless shred. Whether skydiving over the West Desert, mountain biking the Rocky ridges, wakeboarding some Bear Lake glass, or taking turns in fresh powder, Spencer relies on his Subaru Outback to power his big adventures. He loves the 8.7 inches of ground clearance for off roading and the large interior cargo space for camping inside the car. Some of his favorite spots are Round Valley, Slickrock, Skydive Utah, and Strawberry Reservoir. When Spencer needs to ensure his vehicle is ready for adventure, he heads to Mark Miller Subaru for his maintenance needs.

Jamie Usry: FUR-eedom

Say hello to Jamie. As someone who has worked in the pet rescue and shelter world for over a decade, she has a soft spot for the underdogs and never shies away from a pet requiring special needs. One of her dogs was rescued at birth and required bottle feeding, and another is an amputee, her little tripawd. Both are spoiled with as much love as her one year old daughter, Harper. Jamie is full of life and color. She is a member of the LGBTQ+ community and an avid supporter of local nonprofits, a few of her favorites being Nuzzles & Co., Ruff Haven, and the Utah Pride Center. When it is time to decompress, she loads all her humans and dogs into the Subaru and heads to Liberty Park for playtime and fresh air. She and her wife, Dijana, own a Forester and an Ascent and love the versatility and design they provide for the whole family. When it comes to trust, Jamie places her faith in Mark Miller Subaru.

Bobby: Outdoor Enthusiast

Meet Bobby, a Subaru enthusiast who loves off roading and using his Outback for outdoor experiences. Bobby has been a member of MtnRoo Utah for many years, a like minded group of Subaru owners that promotes a welcoming and helpful environment within the off road and adventurous Subaru community. As part of the Subaru Ambassador program and MtnRoo Utah, Bobby helps organize and participates in outdoor clean up events, clothing drives for those in need, and social meet up events for the Subaru community. Bobby and his wife recently had their first child, so his Subaru needs are starting to evolve. Mark Miller Subaru is excited to have Bobby as part of our extended Subaru family and to support him as his Subaru needs change.

Ciera Hudson: Safety For My Family

This is the Hudson family. They owe their lives to their Subaru Ascent, quite literally. While driving back from a family trip last winter, they hit a patch of black ice on I-15 and spun into a large FedEx truck. Thankfully, Subaru vehicles are built to protect their passengers and provide award winning safety. They are now Subaru lovers and advocates for life. With three young girls, Ciera and her husband Colten have their hands full with daily tasks like grocery shopping, church service, and visiting friends and family, but the Ascent gives them all the space they need.
