Why Subaru Service

Factory-trained teams, genuine Subaru parts, specialized tools, and free multi-point inspections — why your Subaru is better off serviced at a Subaru retailer.

Your home for all things Subaru — and base camp for all your service needs. As the miles grow, routine maintenance and the occasional repair keep your vehicle performing the way you expect. Whether it’s an oil change, filters, a new set of tires, or something bigger, servicing with a Subaru retailer means the people and parts were made for your car.

Factory-trained teams

Our technicians, service advisors, and parts specialists earn certification from Subaru technical instructors to properly service the unique components and technology of your vehicle. Their collective experience helps ensure continued performance and safety for all the miles ahead.

Genuine Subaru parts

Certain parts wear wherever the road takes you. When replacement is needed, we use parts engineered to your vehicle’s specifications — the right fit and performance to keep it just the way you love it.

Specialized tools

We’ve invested in the latest Subaru-specific diagnostic equipment, with exclusive access to technical support from the factory. That means quicker, more accurate work on the advanced parts and technology in your vehicle.

Free multi-point inspections

Every service visit includes a complimentary, in-depth checkup of your Subaru’s key systems — tires, brakes, fluids and more — and we go over the color-coded inspection form with you, so you know your vehicle’s condition before you head back out.

When does my Subaru need service?

Service intervals run on months passed or miles driven — whichever comes first. Find your vehicle’s intervals in your Warranty & Maintenance Booklet or your MySubaru account, or just ask us.

Two ways to get it done

Book at either store — Midtown or South Towne — or skip the trip entirely: Mobile Service brings retailer-quality maintenance to your driveway.

A note on hybrids and EVs: fully servicing them takes special equipment, so electric vehicles are handled at the shop rather than through Mobile Service.
